At the beginning of the year 2008 Rugutė’s Home has opened its doors, becoming yet another haven for the children of Rugutė Fund.

At the time completely unfurnished Rugutė’s Home now meets its guests by enveloping them in its special comfort and warmth.

Childhood Cancer Fund Rugutė invites parents who lost their child to participate in regular meetings of the self-relief group, in which parents share their feelings, sufferings, and together try to find ways how to relieve the pain of their loss.

Ride for Rugutė 2016 Invitation

We are thrilled to announce that the sixth Ride for Rugutė event will be held!

The Various Countries‘ Cuisines‘ Fair will give start to the bicycle trip and will be held on May 26 (Thursday) from 5 pm to 8 pm next to the business centres Green Hall (Upės St. 21) and Gama (Balčikonio St. 7). Please come! The event is full of team spirit, good mood, music and tables loaded with the finest dishes and drinks!

All the funds gathered during the fair will be dedicated to Rugutė fund’s ongoing project titled Genetic Research for more Precise and Efficient Treatment to Every Adolescent Patient. We kindly await you, your family and friends in this celebration of good mood and delicious food.

With your participation, being together in this lovely spring evening and enjoying the cuisines of various countries, you will contribute to the more efficient treatment of our little cancer patients which gives hope to recover, grow and Live.

The Bridge of Friendship Sweden-Lithuania
