The goodness that traveled thousands of miles has burst into an ocean of sincerity and reached our little Fighters’ hearts. Its existence was proven to us one cold winter evening when we received a warm letter from Simona who lives in Belgium.

Though the last Saturday proved being far from spring, a number of young performers spread the warmth of spring in the cellar hall of St. Ignotas Church and sent their sincere and sunny wishes to the sick children.

We are so glad because the friendship bridge with one more friendly country – Poland – is being built. It was 9^th-11^th of April when the Polish Fund‘s Fundacja Spełnionych Marzeń  founders Małgorzata and Tomasz Osuch and employee Agata Cwalina visited Lithuania.

Good Luck Windmill! – a slogan, that opened our hearts and brought goodness from one heart to the other, is still ringing in my ears. Indeed, the windmills produce Happiness, Laughter, Sincerity and Devotion.

Our sick children and their parents are inviting everyone to attend the traditional Kaziukas Fair at the Oncohematology Center of Vilnius University Children’s Hospital (Santariškių str. 4) from the 1^st to the 10^th of March.

A Word of Thanks to the Blood Donors
We sincerely want to thank all, who, on the 6^th of February, rushed to Rugutė’s Home willing to share something special that many of us call Hope and that some of us are so waiting for – droplets of blood.

The 4^th of February has been known as World Cancer Day. In commemoration of this day we sincerely invite you to attend The Hour of Collecting Our Thoughts that will take place in Šv. Ignotas Church (Šv. Ignoto str. 6, Vilnius) on the 6^th of February, at 5.15 p.m.

Julija’s Dream
One day in November we received a warm letter from Julija, revealing her biggest dream to have a special friend – a Beagle puppy. Julija wrote: Hello, dear Elves of Rugutė,...
