Thanks to the Participants of Ride for Rugute 2012!

On the 7^th of May, 2012, a group of Rugutė’s friends from United Kingdom started the second charity bike ride across Lithuania Ride for Rugute 2012.

Ignas’ Dream
One nice day this past spring, carrying a brand new laptop computer, we arrived at the Oncohematology Unit of Vilnius Children’s Hospital. Our goal was to visit little Ignas, a brave 9 year old boy that had just started his third fight with a recurring disease.

A Word of Thanks to the Participants of the Blood Drive
Since the early morning hours of the 26^th of May, 2012, various people – families with children, young couples and groups of friends – were gathering at Rugutė’s Home driven by one noble goal – to donate some of their own blood.
